Using Your Insurance
Meet our billing specialist, Victoria Hamilton, and her team. The team includes Ashley Wilson, Erika Dagley, and Darcey Weaver. When using insurance one of them will call you to get information, they will check your coverage and let you know coverage details.
In-Network Insurance
I am in-network with PEHP, EMI, Select Health, and BCBS Regence of Utah, and with Blomquist Hale EAP. Both of these are very responsive and easy to work with. As with all insurance companies, they require a diagnosis that they cover, to summit each session, and be responsive to their request for more information. They will determine coverage, the necessity for treatment, and at times course of treatment. A co-pay is required at the time of service. (BH EAP does not have a copay)
Out-of-Network Insurance
Victoria and her team will help us assess if your insurance has out of network benefits for mental and behavioral health. We will also determine what your deductible or coinsurance is and if you have met it. Remember that there is often a higher deductible for out-of-network providers.
FHS and HSA
A health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) are a great way to pay for therapy services, particularly if you have a high deductible
