Troy Faddis, LMFT
Troy loves doing couples counseling. He loves helping couples renew their love through trust. Helping a person be comfortable in their own skin and be their very best self. As the owner and past clinical director of multiple treatment centers, Troy has worked with folks from across the country and the world with mental health dilemmas, relationship problems, and addiction issues. Troy served as a UAMFT board member for 9 1/2 years. Troy is an AAMFT-approved supervisor. Over the years Troy has supervised 20, plus therapists to licensure.
Tina Faddis, BS Accounting
Tina has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She has worked with residential treatment centers in accounting and billing. Tina runs the office, helps with scheduling, and keeps us on track.
Brooks Fletcher, LCSW
Family Solutions Therapy is thrilled to welcome Brooks Fletcher, LCSW, to our clinical team. Brooks brings a specialized skill set and a heart for helping families navigate the complexities of childhood and adolescence

Brooks focuses on serving children and families with youth ranging from ages 3 to 15. As a Certified Play Therapist, he understands that for many children, play is their primary language and toys are their words. By utilizing evidence-based play therapy techniques, he helps young clients process experiences that they may not yet have the vocabulary to describe.
